The Role
We're on the lookout for experienced Section Waiters and Runners who live and breathe food, wine, and genuine hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and love creating standout guest moments, you'll fit right in with our team of dedicated hospitality professionals.
You'll shine if you:
* Bring a warm, upbeat attitude to every shift
* Have a passion for service and guest connection
* Have experience running a section in a hatted or premium restaurant
* Possess strong wine knowledge
* Are available to work weekends
What you'll be doing:
* Running a section of 20–25 guests
* Delivering energetic, memorable service
* Running food and supporting seamless service flow
