About the role
We are seeking an experienced Inventory, Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our Shared Services Team at the Lytton Refinery.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting site operations by ensuring the accurate control, availability, preservation, and compliance management of all materials, equipment, and logistics activities. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient inventory systems, overseeing warehouse operations, and coordinating logistics processes to ensure seamless operational support across the site.
In this role, you will take ownership of end‐to‐end coordination across inventory governance, warehouse standards, logistics movements, and SAP data integrity. Your focus will be on minimising operational risk, driving cost efficiencies, and ensuring all materials are available, traceable, compliant, and fit for purpose when required to support safe and reliable operations.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure SAP data integrity, including cycle counting and stock governance processes.
* Uphold compliant warehouse standards, including correct labelling, storage, and preservation practices.
* Coordinate material receipting, storage, and logistics movements to support operational requirements.
* Develop and manage short‐to‐medium‐term work schedules, allocate resources, and approve overtime to meet planned commitments.
* Supervise operational activities, operate and optimise complex equipment and systems, and support audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Demonstrated experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics within industrial or maintenance environments.
* Strong working knowledge of SAP, including inventory management, materials control, and stock movements.
* Sound understanding of equipment storage, preservation, handling requirements, cycle counting, and inventory governance practices.
* Proven ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisational strategies and objectives.
* Advanced planning, organising, and work scheduling skills, with the ability to prioritise resources to achieve performance targets.
* High attention to detail, strong stakeholder engagement capability, and a track record of audit readiness and continuous improvement.
