About the Company
Our client is an experienced fast growing residential builder specialising in owner occupier, investor and spec builds across the greater Brisbane area.
About the Position
Due to growth this company is seeking the services of an Administration Assistant to join their team in a construction administration based role. Responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring email inbox
* Booking appointments for colour meetings
* Supporting construction administration
* Liaising with Building Supervisors
* Updating Onsite Companion system
* Obtaining construction Form 16s
* Updating marketers and external groups
Skills and Experience
* Minimum 2 years administration or customer service experience
* Experience within the building or property industry
* Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
* A desire to work within the building industry
