Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a management role in retail.
* The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.
* Proven experience in training and coaching team members.
* A history of exceeding set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* The ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management.
* Experience in customer service and a passion for delivering an in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations.
* The drive to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.
* An interest in fashion and retail.
