About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will support the Sound Division by managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating projects, and working closely with engineering and external sales teams to deliver tailored noise control solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries, prepare quotations, and process sales orders for sound attenuation solutions
* Liaise with engineering and internal teams to deliver accurate, tailored technical solutions
* Support External Sales with proposals, pricing, and client requirements
* Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and follow up on leads to drive conversions
* Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery and project timelines
* Identify upsell opportunities while delivering high-quality customer service and support
About You
* Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer service
* Exposure to industrial, construction, or technical products is highly regarded
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience working with engineered or project-based solutions
* Understanding of acoustics, noise control, or industrial equipment is a plus
