The Opportunity

This role sits within a specialist neuroscience team, supporting an established Multiple Sclerosis therapy across VIC East and Tasmania.

You will work closely with Neurologists, MS nurses, Hospital Pharmacists, allied health professionals and hospital stakeholders to drive appropriate use, long-term adoption and account growth.

While prior MS experience is ideal, the business recognises how rare this skillset is. They are genuinely open to strong performers from broader neuroscience portfolios who understand specialist selling and hospital dynamics.

This is not a stepping-stone GP role. It's a position for someone comfortable operating in complex clinical environments and building deep, trusted relationships over time.

What you'll do
* Manage and grow priority MS and neuroscience accounts across VIC East and Tasmania
* Build long-term partnerships with Neurologists, MS clinics, specialist nurses and hospital decision-makers
* Present and discuss clinical data with confidence and credibility
* Develop territory strategies using customer insights and performance data
* Navigate hospital access processes and stakeholder networks
* Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing and cross-functional teams
* Report directly to the National Sales Manager
About you

You'll succeed in this role if you bring:

* Pharmaceutical sales experience in neuroscience portfolios
* Background in MS, neurology or psychiatry (hospital or specialist setting)
* Strong understanding of the Victorian hospital environment
* Confidence discussing clinical data and treatment pathways
* Key Account Management capability
* Structured territory planning and commercial discipline
* Professional, credible communication style
