We are seeking a motivated and competent **Sales Coordinator** to fill an exciting **full time**, **permanent** opportunity at our Wacol branch. (Brisbane). In your new role you will coordinate quotations, sales orders, and engine up-fit activities for our Marine Sales team covering our Eastern Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region. You will also be responsible to develop positive relationships with customers and suppliers through effective negotiation, as well as providing sales support services to our Marine Sales & Aftersales team.In this role you will:
- Coordinate quotations, sales orders and engine up-fit activities.
- Work with the Marine Sales team covering Easter Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific region
- Build and develop positive relationships with customers and suppliers
- Provide sale support services to Marine Sales & Aftersales team
About you:
- Have experience in a sales or sales coordination/marking roles.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to drive positive supplier negotiations
- Previous experience in preparing quotes and managing sales orders
- Demonstrated project planning management using relevant software platforms
- Amazing attention to detail with the ability to juggle all facets of sales admin
- Highly effective interpersonal and verbal communication style with fantastic written communication skills
