The role of Acquisition and Leasing Manager, will support the Head of Transactions and National Leasing Manager in the delivery of the network plan recommendations, including centre acquisitions, lease renewals, new or replacement developments and divestments.
**Your Impact**:
Research and identify new development and relocation opportunities within the network plan.
Renegotiate existing leases and undertake market reviews and project assessments as required.
Prepare feasibility analysis and cash flow models to determine project viability and associated risks.
Manage and develop a national network of relationships with consultants, valuers, real estate agents, local councils, governments and service providers.
Prepare detailed property reports and recommendations for consideration by the Head of Property and senior executive team.
Manage / assist with the development process with key stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, quarterly forecasts and with various projects as required.
**You'll bring to the table**:
Have a minimum of 5 years in corporate real estate in leasing / acquisition roles.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Leases, Agreement for leases, State legislation including Retail Leases Act.
Experience in the Preparation of Feasibilities and market analysis.
Have managed a large national portfolio of multi-site assets.
Experience in the childcare sector is an advantage but not essential.
