The Role
As the National Account Executive – you will work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams – the role will require you to manage key customer relationships, oversee product and promotional submissions, operational tasks and administrative processes across our key retail channels.
You will play a vital role in supporting the National Business Manager and contributing to the continued growth of our business.
The role also provides an opportunity for you to oversee the relationship with our external Field Merchandising partner.

Account Management
Manage customer relationships and engage with ACMs at Woolworths and Coles
Assist in the sell-in of NPD and new line set up with retailers
Stock and forecasting management
Promotional Planning and Implementation
Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to plan and implement promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines
Category and Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategies
Provide data-driven recommendations to optimise product performance
Reporting and Forecasting
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
Field Team Management
Oversee and coordinate an external merchandising team to ensure compliance with planograms, promotional displays, and brand standards.
Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide feedback to third-party field teams
Ensure timely execution of in-store activations and promotional campaigns
Reporting of field execution metric
About You
Ideally you are a well-trained candidate from a FMCG Tier 1 organisation looking to step towards National Account Management
Hungry to develop your career, you have some understanding as to how Woolworths and Coles operate at field level through your early career as a Rep or Territory Manager
You could be a FMCG sales analyst, Category Executive or similar looking for that break
You possess strong communication and analytical skills and are proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint – maybe some AI
Tertiary qualifications are a plus.
