Administration Officer – Maternity Leave Cover (Full-Time, Winnellie)

An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive and organised Administration Officer to support a busy service‐based operation in Winnellie. This position is full‐time and office‐based, providing maternity leave cover with a structured handover and training period.
Your new role
* Answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients
* Managing purchase orders and work orders for technicians
* Using the internal system (Pronto) after a full crash‐course training
* Handling face‐to‐face customer queries (e.g., processing product purchases)
* Processing payments and billing customers
* General administrative support using Microsoft Office
* Coordinating with technicians, supervisors, and remote administrative staff
Are you someone who thrives in a fast‐paced service environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers?
* Experience in a service-based or trade/service industry office
* Strong phone communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable working independently at times
* Self-motivated and organised
* Able to learn new systems quickly (Pronto experience ideal but not essential)
* Confident with Microsoft Office
* Happy to seek support by phone when needed
Starting end of March 5 months.
