This position involves significant responsibility, independent judgment, and initiative, with a thorough knowledge of marketing procedures, advanced skills, and adherence to KPIs and deadlines set by the Principal and Leadership team to support the school's mission.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain the excellent reputation of Xavier Catholic College within the local community, parishes, online, and across all media platforms.
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to engage with school life and promote school activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in delivering high-quality marketing and promotional materials using various software.
* Website management experience with back-end systems (minimum three years).
* Experience liaising with media.
* Proficiency in using social media for marketing and communication.
* Technological skills to enhance communication narratives.
* Knowledge of contemporary marketing methods.

Other Information
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications or industry experience in marketing, communication, journalism, web design, photography, or graphic design. A NSW Working with Children Check and successful Criminal History Check are also required.
