About the Role
As a Travel Sales & Support Consultant, you'll manage enquiries from first contact through to confirmed booking, working with both travel agents and suppliers.
You'll be:
Converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings
Building genuine relationships with customers and agents
Managing a busy pipeline and driving strong conversion results
Applying a structured sales process with full training provided
Delivering exceptional service across phone, email and chat
Recommending tailored solutions and personalised itineraries
You'll receive ongoing coaching, sales training and product development to help you grow quickly and confidently.
