First Things First in Holden Hill is looking for enthusiastic 3ICs and Assistant Store Managers to join our team!

Reporting to the Store Manager, our 3ICs and Assistant Store Managers should always be prepared to lead by example in a customer-centric and results-focused work environment. You must be capable of staff development, proactive in store operations, possess excellent communication skills, be organized in administration activities, and responsible for the store's growth. Full training and support will be provided.
3IC and Assistant Store Manager responsibilities include:
1. Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer service and specialty coffee
2. Oversee daily operations including staff training, development, compliance, and performance evaluations
3. Support the Store Manager in daily administration tasks
4. Lead by example in impeccable customer service
5. Ensure profitability of the business
6. Maintain effective communication with staff, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
7. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, WH&S, and Food Safety Compliance
Attributes and experience required:
* Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor in a retail/hospitality environment is required
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
* Results-driven and self-motivated
* First Aid Certificate
