You will build upon the relationships and early wins already in place, while driving business development, overseeing project delivery, and building a high-performing local team.
Working closely with the interstate leadership team, this role offers autonomy and influence, the chance to shape and scale a business with the full support of a national consultancy behind you.Key ResponsibilitiesStrengthen and grow Pomeroy Pacific's presence in South AustraliaBuild on existing client relationships and continue driving new business across both private and public sectorsOversee project delivery across the full lifecycle, from business case and feasibility through to construction and completionProvide strategic leadership to operations, team culture, and business performanceRepresent the Pomeroy Pacific brand and values in the marketIdentify market opportunities and contribute to national growthSupport identification, acquisition and delivery of their own development opportunities.About YouWe are seeking a commercially minded, entrepreneurial leader with strong local knowledge and networks in the Adelaide property and construction sectors.
