The Chief People Officer (CPO) leads and manages the People, Culture and Capability (PCC) team to deliver services that drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.
The CPO works collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement a range of workforce projects and initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of the Strategic Workforce Plan and Workforce Action Plan to achieve organisation-wide results.
* Provide authoritative advice to executive leaders and key stakeholders on people matters, driving informed decision-making.
* Sponsor, develop and deliver initiatives and services that support business priorities and respond to emerging needs.
* Drive improved organisational capability, performance and continuous improvement through integrated PCC programs and services.
* Provide leadership to the PCC team, ensuring effective operations, budget management, and resource allocation.
