We are on the lookout for a skilled Workshop Foreman to join our Darwin branch. As the Workshop Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop, handling the servicing and maintenance of our extensive earthmoving equipment. Your responsibilities will range from team management, mechanical diagnosis and repairs to equipment dispatch, stock takes, and client coordination. What we're looking for: Trade qualification in Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics (Essential) Minimum 3 years' experience as a Plant Mechanic Experience managing a team Solid knowledge of Heavy Duty Equipment Competence in routine maintenance procedures Driver License, HR preferred Forklift/High-risk work licenses desirable Branch management experience desirable Hands-on approach with sound computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Flexible work hours/days Ability to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test What we offer: Generous pay package Ongoing training and support A great working environment with a fun and friendly team Employee Assistance Program (EAP) If you're ready to take on a rewarding role where your skills will be valued and your career will flourish, hit the "apply" button now.
