Procare’s Factual Investigation Division is seeking multiple TAC Factual Investigators to join our expanding team across Victoria. As a TAC Investigator, your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day.
We have full-time, casual, and contractor roles available for experienced TAC Investigators.
The Role
Attend various locations, predominantly within Traralgon, with some work across VIC;
Interview key parties, take statements, and collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence;
Hold a current Working with Children Check;
Possess a current and valid driver’s licence and own vehicle;
Experience conducting TAC investigations is mandatory;
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines;
If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
