Job Summary:


A Human Resources Generalist is required to manage recruitment and onboarding processes, uphold high HR standards and ensure efficient employee engagement.




Key Responsibilities



* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

* Maintain accurate personnel records and databases

* Coordinate new hire orientation and training programs

* Manage employee relationships and resolve conflicts

* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business improvement





Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources generalist or related role

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work effectively in a team environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Proficiency in HR software and systems

* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field
