Pay Rate: $45 p/h + Super
5 Month Contract (very strong chance of extension)
The primary focus of the APS4 Executive Assistant is to provide high level support by undertaking moderately complex administrative tasks for the Assistant Secretary such as:
- Provide travel, accommodation and financial acquittal services.
- Coordination of administrative tasks such as stationary orders, phone lists, property, security and accommodation related requests.
- Continuous improvement of the AS office performance through the use of efficient and practical administration processes and systems.
- Management of regular branch wide internal reporting and meetings.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Other duties of an Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to, the following;
- Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues and stakeholders;
- Complex diary management;
- Drafting correspondence;
- Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, and minute taking as needed;
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior staff;
- Coordinating travel, including bookings and managing itineraries;
- Executive expense management;
- Event coordination as required;
- Active part of administration leadership team

Essential Requirements:
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Be willing to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Be Covid vaccinated
