Your New Role

* Promote products and services through building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, showcasing company values.
* Provide an exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders including customers, agents, organisations, and partnerships.
* Process claims in line with established procedures and policies, ensuring claims are documented correctly and resolved efficiently.
* Deliver high-quality customer service and develop a good working relationship with all customers and service providers.
* Manage claims using specialists to achieve settlement outcomes promptly and effectively.
