About the role:
Reporting to the Advanced Nurse Unit Manager, Complex and Restorative Care Service (CARE Service), you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care to our senior members of the community. In the role you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, leveraging your expertise to enhance the well-being of our geriatric patients and their families.
In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by providing comprehensive assessments, developing personalised care plans, and fostering a supportive environment that empowers our elderly patients to thrive in their Residential Aged Care Home. Your commitment to patient-centred care, coupled with your clinical acumen, will contribute to the overall success of our healthcare initiatives.
About you:
* Registered or eligible for registration with at least 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision.
