The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment.
Responsibilities:
Track and manage inventory;
Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and secure;
Manage warehouse staff;
Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes;
Ensure daily operations meet and exceed performance metrics;
Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, packaging, and dispatch of goods;
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage inventory levels;
Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures;
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve productivity;
Train new employees on warehouse processes and equipment operation;
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with inventory or shipments promptly.
Qualifications & experience:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role;
Solid knowledge of warehouse operations and management best practices;
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
