Kelso Building Group is growing, and we're looking for a Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes ownership of their site, leads from the front, and enjoys delivering quality commercial projects.
What You'll Be Doing
* Running day‑to‑day site operations
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades
* Managing safety, quality, and program
* Working closely with the Project Managers
* Driving projects through to practical completion
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Site Supervisor / Site Manager role
* Trade Background or Tertiary qualifications in Building and Construction
* Commercial construction knowledge is preferred
* Customer‑focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to work under pressure
* Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
