Key Responsibilities:
-Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a general practice setting.
-Perform patient assessments, triage, and assist with coordination of patient care.
-Administer medications, vaccinations and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
-Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support to our patient.
-Educate patients on health-related matters, including preventative care and management of chronic conditions.
-Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and care delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Current, valid registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
-Proficient clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
-Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
