WorkPac is hiring an experienced meat cutter for a role in Mackay. Our client is committed to delivering high-quality meat products to the local community.
We are looking for someone with a strong focus on customer service and quality craftsmanship who can contribute to our team.
* Preparing and processing a wide variety of meat cuts to meet customer and store specifications
* Maintaining attractive and well-maintained product displays
* Ensuring a clean, hygienic workspace in accordance with food safety standards
* Delivering exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge
* Collaborating with a friendly and professional team
* Certificate III in Butchery or equivalent trade qualification
* Solid experience in retail or wholesale butchery environments
* Sharp knife skills and a keen eye for detail
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
* A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
They will be able to maintain high levels of productivity while adhering to strict food safety and handling procedures.
A valid driver's license and reliability are essential requirements for this position.
