We are seeking a Inventory and Procurement Assistant to manage maintenance materials, spare parts, and inventory to support operational needs. You will oversee receipting, storage, issuing, stock transfers, and cycle counts, ensuring materials are available when required and all activities comply with safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily movement of inventory, spares, and materials
Maintain accurate stock records in CMMS and inventory systems
Apply FIFO principles and maintain spare parts catalogue
Assist with purchasing, receiving, and dispatch of materials
Monitor stock levels, prepare reports, and maintain maintenance records
Comply with OH&S procedures and report hazards
Requirements:
Experience in maintenance stores, inventory, or materials coordination
Knowledge of stock control principles (FIFO, min/max, cycle counts)
Experience with CMMS or inventory systems (SAP, Maximo, Pronto, MEX, etc.)
Forklift licence, desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
