Senior Delivery Manager – Senior Manager Consulting Level
Location: Melbourne, VIC, AU. 6‐month FTC, 3 days in office per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the link across business, technology, and design teams to ensure alignment and progress across the program.
* Lead senior stakeholder engagement, building credibility and trust across the client organisation.
* Bring a customer and user‐first mindset, shaping outcomes through UX/CX principles and service design thinking.
* Support the delivery of a large‐scale technology transformation, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned to business outcomes.
* Facilitate workshops and decision‐making forums to drive clarity and momentum.
* Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable direction for delivery teams.
* Identify and navigate risks, dependencies, and competing priorities across the program.
* Work closely with cross‐functional teams including product, engineering, and design.
* Be the key liaison in building the Tranzformd team onsite and ensuring delivery standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience operating at Senior Manager / Lead Consultant level within consulting or large transformation environments.
* Strong track record delivering or supporting enterprise‐wide transformation initiatives (technology, digital, or operating model).
* Ability to connect the dots across complex programs, bringing structure without slowing delivery.
* Proven experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Exposure to UX/CX, service design, or customer‐led transformation.
* Comfortable operating across strategy through to execution.
* Good at leading onsite consulting teams.
* Strong facilitation, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
* A pragmatic, hands‐on consultant who can adapt quickly and add value immediately.
