What we’re looking for
* Previous experience as a manager across either a big box or high-volume retail environment
* A passion for delivering results that will motivate your team
* Experience coaching and leading large and diverse teams
* Values that reflect a high level of commitment to ‘safety’, always thinking ‘customer’ and a belief in constantly motivating your team to ‘reach higher’ every day.
* The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
What you’ll need
* Be driven and ambitious, always thinking bigger!
* Be able to adapt to change quickly and positively and able to think on your feet.
* Be resilient and have ability to work at a fast pace, keeping your team focused and motivated.
* Like variety in your work, everyday is different at Kmart.
* Be ready to work along side your team to demonstrate great standards across merchandising and safety
