The Company
Our client is a respected national engineering consultancy with a robust reputation for delivering technically challenging and high-profile projects across buildings and infrastructure. Known for their collaborative, human-centred approach, they are entering a period of growth and are seeking experienced Senior Structural Engineers to join their team for landmark projects.
The Requirements
This position requires an individual who possesses:
- Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience across buildings and/or infrastructure projects
- Chartered status (MIEAust, CPEng) or ability to achieve within 6 months
- Proven expertise in reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and composite structures
- Proficiency in SpaceGass, RAPT, ETABS, RCB, Bluebeam, and exposure to RAM Concept and Revit/BIM workflows
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams in a consultancy environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian design standards
- Full working rights in Australia
