Senior Manager Financial Services
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Finance Practice. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday Finance and be able to lead multiple projects as a Solution Architect.
Job Description
The successful candidate will provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects, act as a trusted advisor to project teams, and ensure successful delivery. They will also design and validate Foundation Data Models tailored to client-specific needs.
Additionally, the Senior Manager will partner with the sales team to support RFP responses, solutioning, estimations, and SOW development. They will also participate in client orals and pre-sales discussions to position the firm's capabilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice.
* Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery.
* Serve as Solution Architect on 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding the overall solution design and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
* Design and validate Foundation Data Models (FDM) tailored to client-specific needs.
Requirements
* 5–7 years of Workday Finance (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience.
* Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant on complex Workday projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
