The Role:
You will utilize your extensive control systems experience to design, develop, maintain, implement and program new and existing industrial systems for clients across various industries including oil and gas, power generation, renewables, water, building management systems, and government.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Providing stakeholders with fit-for-purpose and accurate engineering services for projects
2. Identifying and reporting on risks and hazards
3. Leveraging new tools or techniques to improve the team's efficiency and productivity
4. Maintaining currency of professional and technical knowledge by staying up-to-date with vendor technologies
About You:
To excel in this role, you must possess a demonstrated background in Control Systems Engineering and the ability to successfully meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
1. Relevant Engineering Degree
2. Experience in Functional Designs and Specification development
3. Proficiency in SCADA and HMI Configuration
4. Knowledge of PLC platforms like Rockwell (incl RSLogix, View SE), Allen Bradley, Citect, Miri Telemetry, and Ignition
5. Knowledge of Safety Systems
6. Experience in Greenfield Design of Automation Systems
7. Experience in troubleshooting, fault finding, and commissioning of automation systems, instrumentation and VSDs
