Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a QLD Mobile Lender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with tailored financial solutions. You will also be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide them with personalized financial solutions based on their needs and goals
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and building relationships with referral partners
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide expert advice on home loans, personal loans, and insurance products
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve service offerings and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar lending role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with clients and referral partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly home loans and personal loans
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
