Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Indigenous person with expertise in research and evaluation to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting literature reviews and evidence scans, contributing to systems reform submissions and publications, and establishing a system of monitoring and utilizing national and international literature and evidence.
In this role, you will also be required to review and enhance existing external research partnerships processes and documents, lead a project to benchmark our research and evaluation against national and international leading practice, and work closely with R&E teams in each region.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Experience and confidence in report writing;
* Demonstrated experience in undertaking literature reviews and evidence scans;
* Good knowledge of evaluation and research approaches;
* Strong MS Program skills;
* An understanding of Indigenous evaluation and data sovereignty;
* The ability to plan and organize your workload around timelines.
