Service Technician Apprenticeship – Albury, NSW
Hutcheon and Pearce is hiring Service Technician Apprentices for its High-Performance Apprenticeship Program. The apprenticeship starts in January **** and lasts 4 years.
Training and Responsibilities
- Years 1–3: Attend six weeks of intensive training each year at the John Deere High-Performance Academy in Wagga Wagga, covering engine service, electrical systems, hydraulics, and GPS technology.
- Year 4: Apply skills in a real‐world setting within our workshop, ensuring all competency criteria are met and building confidence.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Training and Apprenticeship Coordinator and over 500 peers for support.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in agricultural machinery and willingness to pursue formal training.
- Ability to travel to Wagga Wagga for training blocks.
