Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
Manage and monitor key performance indicators for exceptional customer service
Supervise and coach team members to deliver an exceptional ZSG experience
Ensure ZSG food quality and safety standards are upheld
Qualifications & Skills
Highly motivated natural leader who is hands-on
Passion for food and restaurant operations
Positive, can-do attitude
Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
Experience in restaurant management (2 years minimum) – Preferred
