Job Title: OSHC Educational Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children.
* They will also support team training and development, ensuring that all staff members have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care.
* A key aspect of this role is creating a safe and nurturing environment for children, which includes ensuring compliance with child safety standards.
Candidates must hold a relevant qualification in early childhood education and a current Working With Children's Check. We place strong emphasis on building positive relationships with families and children, while maintaining the highest standards of child safety.
