DAO Cleaning Co. is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Leading Hand Cleaner who can take charge on-site, set the standard, and guide a small team to deliver top-quality results.
You'll be the go-to person for vacate cleans, builders cleans, and specialised detail work— tackling each job with speed, precision, and pride, while ensuring your team works efficiently and meets our high standards every time.
Position: Leading Hand Cleaner (Casual)
Hours: 15-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Location: Mandurah, Rockingham, Baldivis & surrounds
Pay Rate: $35 - $37 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
We're looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in vacate cleans and post-construction/builders cleans
- Works quickly without compromising exceptional attention to detail
- Can confidently direct and guide a small team on-site
- Prioritises tasks and works independently with mínimal supervision
- Is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality results
**Requirements**:
- Reliable vehicle
- Current police clearance
- Full Australian work rights
- 1 + years of professional cleaning experience (vacate/builders preferred)
