Tullamarine location | Hybrid opportunity Global Logistics Leader Start mid-October | 6-month maternity assignment Join a global logistics organisation at their Tullamarine site, supporting a fast-paced, complex business that spans both blue and white collar operations. You will play a key role as a trusted partner to the business, providing end-to-end HR support across employee relations, organisational development, industrial relations, and talent acquisition. You will partner with leaders across Victoria and South Australia, supporting operations across multiple sites. Flexibility to travel across Melbourne locations is essential. What you will be doing: Partner with managers to advise on employee relations, grievances, and performance matters Support and coach managers through termination processes, disciplinary action, and change programs Provide guidance to managers and team members on EA provisions, entitlements, and compliance requirements. Serve as a point of contact for union representatives, fostering productive and respectful working relationships Provide advice on industrial relations matters and represent the business at external tribunals where required Assess skills across workgroups, implement development plans, and support the talent acquisition team with recruitment initiatives. Support national HR specialist areas locally, including WHS, recruitment, and learning & development. Drive safety initiatives, wellbeing programs, and participate in investigations. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
