Practice Overview:
This is an accredited general practice medical centre serving a diverse patient base. It operates as a group practice, bulk billing all patients seven days from 7am. The centre offers on-site services including pharmacy, pathology collection, dental care, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, diabetes education, podiatry, and psychology. Additionally, the practice provides reception and nursing support during all operating hours.
Job Responsibilities:
The General Practitioner will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals, families, and communities, addressing both simple and complex health conditions. This role requires consulting with internal professionals (e.g. nurses) and external specialists as needed, ensuring coordinated and ongoing care. General Practitioners will also engage in health promotion, conduct research, and contribute to the education and training of colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum three years' experience as a General Practitioner and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) medical board registration or eligibility for same.
