As a Dairy Food Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our production department. * You will be responsible for actively focusing on plant operations to meet or exceed line efficiency and performance targets using lean manufacturing principles. * Promoting continuous improvement programmes is also an essential aspect of this role. This position requires extensive experience in supervisory roles with certification in Leadership (Cert IV or Higher Qualification).
