* Lead your own Outside School Hours Care service and support local families by providing quality care and programs.
* Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools and develop strong relationships within the school community.
* Mentor your team of educators to enhance their skills and advance in the industry.
* Rostering for your service with guidance from your Area Manager.
* Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about making a difference in children's lives, and have previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry. A recognised qualification in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services is preferred but not essential. A valid Employee Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting are also required.
