Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Development and Partnership Manager to drive the success of distributor and customer partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, training, channel management, or partner management, preferably in technology or industrial B2B sectors.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for distributors and customers
* Create and maintain training materials, product guides, and sales enablement content
* Conduct regular training sessions and webinars to keep stakeholders informed and skilled
* Monitor distributor and customer performance metrics and KPIs
* Identify gaps and opportunities through data analysis and feedback
* Collaborate with distributors and customers to develop action plans for growth
* Provide distributors with sales tools, marketing collateral, and competitive insights
* Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all distributor channels
* Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries and support
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving business outcomes and managing partner relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across regions is also necessary.
