About the Role
WorkPac is seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer/Fabricator to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, assisting with the fabrication and assembly of high-quality windows and doors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist in the fabrication and assembly of windows and doors according to specifications
* Safely and efficiently operate machinery and hand tools
* Measure and cut materials with precision
* Ensure products meet quality standards through thorough inspection
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Skills & Experience Required:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* White Card
* Valid Driver's Licence
