About the Role
This is a full-time role based in our Cottesloe, WA store. As the Retail - Charcuterie/Smallgoods Supervisor, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the charcuterie and smallgoods department, ensuring high standards of product quality and customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising and training the charcuterie and smallgoods team to deliver excellent customer service
* Maintaining high product quality standards and optimal inventory levels
* Handling customer queries and complaints related to the charcuterie and smallgoods department
* Assisting with product ordering, merchandising and stock management
* Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure a cohesive customer experience
* Providing regular feedback and performance reviews for the charcuterie and smallgoods team
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail supervisory role, preferably within a specialty food or delicatessen environment
* Strong knowledge of charcuterie and smallgoods products, preparation and storage
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional in-store experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and develop a team
* Attention to detail and a focus on maintaining high standards
* Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
