About the Position
SmartClinics Annandale Family Medical Centre is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have a strong customer focus, and enjoys working with a range of stakeholders including Doctors, Allied Health, Peers, and most importantly, our patients at our SmartClinics Annandale clinic.
Our centre is a friendly, family-orientated private practice with 7 extremely dedicated and experienced doctors, offering a range of services to our patients.
About the position
We are looking for someone who:
* Is confident, professional, honest, reliable and has a great personality
* Has excellent verbal and communication skills with an exceptional phone manner
* Has good computer skills
* Has a high standard of presentation
* Has the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team environment
* Has the ability to be flexible
* Duties would include reception, appointment bookings, billing and general administrative duties
Desired skills and experience:
* Professional approach with a 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to manage within a busy workplace setting with fluctuating levels of demand
* Be able to work in a team environment and independently
* Experience with Best Practice software is desirable
* Flexibility to cover additional hours for sick and annual leave
