Are you a seasoned Commercial Manager with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality commercial construction outcomes? Step into a leadership role where your expertise will shape iconic industrial and commercial projects across Australia.
A well-established, design and construct contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering major industrial, manufacturing, and commercial developments. With a focus on collaboration, quality, and integrity, driven by results – not just for their clients, but for their people too.
Key responsibilities include:
As Commercial Manager, you will take full ownership of the commercial lifecycle across a portfolio of exciting projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strategic oversight from pre-contract to final account.
Overseeing all commercial functions including contracts, financials, procurement, and risk management
Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors
Driving continuous improvement across commercial practices and systems
Managing project cash flow, cost reporting, and variations with accuracy and foresight
Collaborating with project managers, estimators, and design teams to deliver successful outcomes
What You Bring:
At least 7 years’ management-level experience in commercial and contract administration in construction, engineering or similar projects.
Proven ability to manage complex commercial matters and provide strategic advice to mitigate risk
Strong knowledge of commercial construction principles, building regulations, and industry best practices.
Proven experience working in partnership with a senior leadership teams and managers of a construction or high-risk industry business.
