Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Townsville, QLD. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting residents, answering and managing phone calls, handling clerical tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Qualifications
* Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills
* Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and clerical tasks
* Exceptional Customer Service skills
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is advantageous
* Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software
