This is a permanent part-time position (approx. 25–30 hours per week ) working closely with the Service Manager, Service Administrator, and Director.
Key Responsibilities
Your focus will be on maintaining accuracy in our administrative and financial processes, specifically timely invoicing and managing complex client reporting.
Timely processing of invoices, managing detailed administrative requirements and claim submissions for major commercial clients. Utilise SimPRO for quoting, invoicing, and generating reports.
Assist the management team with ad-hoc tasks.
Skills & Experience
Exceptional Attention to Detail and strong organisational skills are essential.
Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn recent software quickly.
Experience with SimPRO or similar job management software is highly regarded.
Experience with Xero or other finance software is beneficial.
A basic understanding of the service industry (e.g., plumbing) is preferred.
Strong communication and a proactive, professional attitude.
