The RoleWe’re looking for a Marketing Co-Founder (Part-Time) to lead our growth strategy from the ground up. This is a founding position with high autonomy and creative freedom.You’ll drive brand awareness and adoption across two key audiences:Impact Backers (retail, Web3 communities, institutional funders)What You’ll Do Design and execute the brand, content, and campaign strategy across crypto-native and traditional channels Build user and partner acquisition funnels: Twitter, LinkedIn, SEO, community platforms, Web3 events Translate tokenisation concepts into clear, inspiring messaging that resonates with both nonprofits and investors Collaborate with our product and onboarding teams to drive lead generation, activation, and retention Set up metrics to track platform adoption, conversion, ROI, and community growth Grow a movement: build partner, referral, and advocacy programs across nonprofit accelerators, Web3 DAOs, and social finance networks Hands-on experience in Web3, SaaS, or impact marketing Strong writer and storyteller—clear, emotional, and sharp Strategic thinker with the hustle to build from scratch Passionate about equity, innovation, and real systems change Comfortable in early-stage environments with ambiguity and ambition What You’ll Get Equity stake as a co-founder for the right fit Strategic influence in a high-impact venture Freedom to build a category-defining brand A front-row seat in reshaping how social change gets fundedPlease Note: This is not a salaried role.It’s a true co-founder opportunity in an early-stage startup, offering profit share + upside instead of salary for ~12 months.
