We're seeking a CNC Machinist to join our growing team in Mildura. Whether you're a qualified tradesperson or a 3rd/4th year apprentice ready to take the next step, we'd love to hear from you. This is a practical, hands‐on role where you'll be working closely with experienced trades and engineers, contributing to the manufacture and maintenance of critical components that support our operations.

Key responsibilities of the role
* Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machine shop equipment to produce precision components
* Interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate part production
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime
* Optimise manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Ensure all work is completed to strict safety and quality standards
* Maintain accurate and detailed production records
Skills & Experience
The role will ideally suit someone who has previous experience in a similar role, loves to problem solve and takes pride in what they do. The successful candidate will have the following experience and attributes:
* Fitting & Machining trade qualification highly advantageous
* Strong understanding of CNC programming, including G‐code
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
* Broad mechanical industry experience will be advantageous
* Strong problem‐solving and critical thinking skills as well as high attention to detail
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
* Australian work rights are required for this position
